Partners
We are building Liminal’s circle the slow way - properties, clinics, vessels and practitioners, visited in person and chosen one relationship at a time. We name a partner only once the relationship is real, and only with their blessing. This page will grow as the circle does.
For now, here is where we start: the houses whose standards already match our own, and the partnerships we are building next. Neither list decides a journey. The journey decides the list.

The Houses we would send you to
These are places we book, admire, and return to. With most of them we have no arrangement at all - we send guests because they get the small things right, not because anyone pays us to. Some we have stayed in ourselves; the rest are on our own list to visit before we send anyone. Large houses and quiet ones, because size was never the point. What they share is a standard we recognise the moment we walk in.
Neither list is exhaustive. They are a window onto the kind of house we work with, not the full extent of it - the circle is wider than the names shown here, and it grows every season.

The Houses that know us
There is a difference between a house that takes your booking and one that knows who sent you. At every property on this page, booking through Liminal already changes the arrival - a better room when there is one, a rate we can usually better the public one, and someone expecting you at the door.
A named relationship goes further than that. It is a house that knows Liminal by name - a room set aside when we ask, a person who picks up the phone rather than a form that gets answered in three days, and the things that never make it onto a website. Our guests are looked after as theirs, and theirs as ours.
We are building these one at a time, in person, and only where it is real on both sides. We would rather have five we would stake our name on than fifty we send an email to. When the first are settled, they will appear here.

How we choose our Partners
Liminal has no partner directory to sell you. A place earns its way into a journey, and it earns its way one guest at a time.
What we look for:
- We have been there - or it is on our own list to visit before we send anyone.
- The night has to hold. A room has to work after dark, when the view is gone and it is just the space, the bed, and the quiet.
- The people stay. Low turnover is the tell. The person who greeted you last year should still be there this one.
- Clinical claims must survive clinical questions. In the medical and wellness houses, the science has to hold up when a doctor asks - not when a brochure does.
- Safety without ceremony. Certifications current, crews experienced, and the judgement to call off a day when the conditions say so. The best operators have turned back more often than the rest have set out.
- Sustainability, checked rather than claimed.
